Stressville, Population: 1 and possibly thousands more
Everything, and I mean everything is stressing me out a lot more than normal. I think that something's out of wack. People talking in the library...suddenly piss me off way more than normal. It's like I've become hypersensitive. I guess that when my life seems out of control in other areas, little things start bothering me more. Some, are justified, so I hope those I can work through to find a solution. One area of stress that is being alleviated is that I finally got my loan money approved and will hopefully have that in two to three weeks.
I can't believe how much work I have for this coming week and really for the next month. I am on this week in Ad law and this is the LONGEST assignment of the semester--oh wait, except for the last time I was 'on'--which was also equally as long. Thank you Errol for screwing over group #2; we appreciate your kindness. I also have to start researching my other two research term papers--the last thing I want during finals is to have to complete the research for those. Not to mention, since I've decided to enter the Moot Court competition, I have thus added a thirty page brief to my workload. I will have no social life for a looong time. I just hope that this will all be over by the time my birthday comes. All in all...I'm trying to not think about my complete disregard that I have to send resumes out to get a job. I think possibly, that I operate under the belief that a job will just land in my lap. I need to get back to reality on that one.
Today I came to the library with the hopes of getting a lot of work done. Tomorrow I won't have time to get work done because I'm going to watch the Patriots play the Bills at Tully's with some friends. It should be a good time, especially if my boys win, like they should. I just hope I can get enough done in the meantime.
Until next time, same stress, different day...
